My name is Noelle & I am the owner, trainer and master artist of East Coast Permanent Makeup. I have always had a passion for skincare, art, and beauty. I have gone through 100 different brow shapes since I was 14. I had them waxed and they never grew back. (Even at that age I struggled with growing my hair back!)

I was looking into esthetician schools until I came across microblading. It was so intriguing to me and such an amazing concept. I completed the training course, enrolled in an esthetician program, and picked up on it immediately. I love what I do and can’t believe I am already on year 4! I help women save time in the morning and make them feel naturally beautiful! 

I know how nerve-racking and exciting it can be to get any permanent makeup service done. That’s why I encourage all of my new clients to reach out to me for any questions or concerns they have!

Artists do not have to obtain their esthetician’s license to perform these services in North Carolina. I was lucky enough to have enrolled at the same time because of my passion for skin care. My biggest goal is to keep the skin healthy while also giving you the results you desire!

I have been doing this for almost 5 years now and have been training for 2 years. I absolutely love training and educating my students. My 1:1 classes give everything from sanitation, esthetic knowledge, and permanent makeup essentials and techniques. My classes are designed to be what I wish I had back then starting in this field with ongoing support.
